Our goal is simple: deliver the best possible media so your property makes a fantastic first impression the moment it goes online.

A prepped, camera-ready home is the single biggest factor in how that media turns out, so please work through the list before we arrive.

Important: don’t schedule other vendors on the same day as your shoot. Cleaners, stagers and lawn crews should all be finished the day before.

Tip: store clutter and personal items in closets or storage rooms, we don’t typically shoot those. The garage works too.
